This was a photo I got from the 2008 Olympic Trials for white water slalom at Rio Vista Falls. This team won the competition for junior Olympians.
I really enjoy shooting kayaking. We are lucky enough to have very skilled kayakers in San Marcos and a world class white water park in the San Marcos River. It attracts the best of the best and who can argue with that?
The action and the skill level at that competition was really amazing to watch. I can’t wait to see it again.
