After several false alarms, this morning we finally got some rain.
Two inches came down where I am, which is more than we’ve gotten so far this year. We’re in a drought causing us to have yellow lawns, hot temperatures and water restrictions. But finally we have a little bit of relief with some sparkling drops of bliss!
Just like most people around here, I was pretty excited to see rain for the first time in months, so I snapped a couple shots here at home.
I hope this is a sign of things to come!
