Motorist Rashad Charjuan Owens, 21, of Killeen, TX collided with a bicycle and a moped and drove in to a crowd gathered near The Mowhawk night club, killing two and injuring 23. Owens fled an attempted traffic stop by Austin police around 12:30 a.m. on Thurs. morning, then drove through barricades on Red River St. Owens is charged with two counts of capitol murder and 23 counts of aggravated assault with a vehicle.
